Your Job
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, increasing sales, and expanding our presence in the OTR (Earthmover, Mining, and Construction) & Industrial Tire markets. You will market, sell, promote, and grow revenue through hands-on sales activities across all product categories. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing existing clients in North-East America. You’ll be able to support your clients from our U.S.-based office located in Arcadia, California

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Translating annual sales targets into actionable sales plans and driving results.
  • Driving growth and increasing margins in the U.S. tire market.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships through consultative sales, customer visits, product demos, and ongoing client support.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Regular travel to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

  • Proven team player with a “Can-do” attitude and a No-Nonsense approach.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in the OTR & Industrial Tire industry with well-established network of industry contacts.
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiar with doing business in different cultures and you have a flexible and service minded attitude.
  • Full-time availability is required.
