Your Role
As Sales Manager for Southern Europe, you’ll play a critical role in our continued growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and expanding our market share in Spain and Portugal. Your mission will be to increase sales across our core product lines—Truck Tyres, Industrial Tyres, and OTR products—while providing outstanding service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate annual sales targets into actionable and measurable sales strategies.
  • Drive growth and enhance the margin structure in Spain and Portugal’s tyre markets.
  • Develop strong client relationships through consultative sales, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Represent Magna Tyres at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Balance your time between approximately 70% travel to meet clients and 30% remote work.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You have access to a large network of customers in the OTR, Industrial & Truck sector in Spain / Portugal
  • A proven sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in the tyre industry, ideally with a background in OTR, Industrial Tyres and Truck.
  • A team player with a “Can-do” attitude and a passion for achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional communicator with a customer-focused mindset and a natural ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • Experience working across diverse cultures with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential for this role.
