Your Role
As Sales Manager for South America, your main objective will be to identify new business opportunities, increase sales across our Industrial and OTR Tires product categories, and provide first-class support to our customers throughout South America. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and fostering long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate annual sales targets into clear and actionable plans for the South American market.
  • Drive growth and enhance our margin structure in the region’s tire industry.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Represent Magna Tyres at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Manage a schedule with approximately 70% travel for client meetings and 30% remote work.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • You have access to an extsting network of customers in the OTR & Industrial tire industry in South America.
  • A proven sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in the tire industry, particularly in OTR and Industrial Tires.
  • A team player with a “Can-do” attitude and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional communicator with a customer-first mindset, capable of building long-lasting business relationships.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural environments, with flexibility and adaptability to different markets.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
