Headquartered in the Netherlands, we specialize in Industrial, Off-The-Road (OTR) tires, and serve clients worldwide. Currently, its offer includes a full range of industrial tires used in mining, road construction, industry and port services. Recently, a range of truck tires has also been available.
The branch in Serbia, based in Belgrade, was established in 2023 and has been developing very dynamically from the very beginning, achieving 3-digit growth! Our continued growth has created exciting opportunities to expand our sales team by investing in new sales forces and hiring additional sales representatives.

Your role
As Sales Manager Balkan, you will be a key player in expanding our presence across the market! We are a company that has been selling and servicing large-size tires for industry for several years. In this area we obtain good reputation and recognition around the world. Our sales representatives will serve the markets where we currently sell – Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia and Montenegro. The new employee will be responsible for building a strong market position and brand recognition, customer care and building sales potential.

Who we’re looking for
• Extensive knowledge of the industrial and OTR tire market. Experience in the construction, mining machinery and vehicle industry is a plus.
• High sales motivation and readiness to work in the field.
• Proven team player with a “Can-do” attitude and a No-Nonsense approach;
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role;
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Experience working in diverse cultures with a flexible and service-minded attitude.
• You posess good language skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Full-time availability is required.
